Welcome to Q10 Sea Salt Retreat,

This home is a little extra special to us, because it's the one our family uses to create our own beach memories. 

Q10 is located on Ibis Drive, not too far from 6023 Sandpiper Drive. It is in the "heart" of the campground and is walking distance to many amenities, close to the main entrance. 

The house is a 2 story, on stilits. Built as a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath with an open living & kitchen concept, this house will feel bigger than the 1 story, 3 bedroom 2 bath homes as everything is on one floor. This is our personal home, we are opting to not rent out the second primary bedroom and bathroom on the second floor as well as the entire garage, and second floor deck.

Third bedroom: Twin over Full bunk bed with Twin trundle (weight max 175lbs Twins)

Sea Salt Retreat has parking for 3-4 vehicles and 2-3 golf carts, with a covered stair entry to the 1st floor. Downstairs has a grill, picnic table, hammock, swings and a gas firepit for everyone to hang out while the kids play. 

The covered double width stairs take you to the front door and 1st floor deck where there are ample seating options, covered and uncovered.

Walk through the front door to the open concept living and kitchen. The house has been designed to be functional but also welcoming with modern coastal furnishings.  The kitchen is fully equipped with a deep wash basin sink, dishwasher, double oven, and full sized refrigerator.  Eat in breakfast nook has seating for 6, with a hide-a-way bench stocked with games and other activities. Kitchen has a 4 slice toaster, air fryer, microwave, coffee pot, keurig, blender, and handheld mixer as well as various sized baking pans, cookpots, and serving boards. 

The house has been outfitted to fit a family. You will find games, some toys, and even a few puzzles to occupy your time on those raining or cold days. 

Every room has updated decor and linens. The downstairs primary bedroom has floor space for a pack & play if needed. We hope you enjoy your stay at our home away from home. Further questions? Please reach out.
