All rentals we own are pet friendly, even over 60lbs.

Being pet friendly is important to us, even though we are not pet owners ourselves (allergies). Majority of our friends and family own dogs and consider them an extension of their family. We know from experience with traveling with them how hard it is to either leave your pet with someone or find a place that allows it.

We currently allow all dogs (except restricted breeds not allowed in Ocean Lakes Family Campground)

regardless of size or fluffiness. This is a big thing that sets up apart from other homeowners. Not all rentals allow larger breeds or non-hypoallergenic dogs.

Help us keep this accommodation by following our pet rules, and the campground pet policies.

1. Bring a kennel for your pups. Sometimes dogs can have a personality change in a new environment. Please keep this in mind, especially during the busy season when fireworks go off every weekend and there is more traffic through the campground.

2. Bring a doggy gate for extra protection when sitting outside on the deck. You know your pup better than anyone and if they are a flight risk be cautious when sitting outside with them, especially if they are off the leash.

3. Read up on all of Ocean Lakes Family Campground Rules and Pet Policies. This includes that ALL waste must be picked up and bagged accordingly. Ocean Lakes provides pet waste bags and disposable pods everywhere in the campground. Dogs cannot be off leash off outside of the house at ANYTIME. There are certain times of day that dogs are allowed on the beach during each season. You can find all this information on Ocean Lakes Family Campground website.

4. Be honest about damages if they happen. We take into account wear and tear of the season and the fact that we allow dogs, period. It is factored into our cleaning cost, and supplies. However, damages because of accidents, chewing, scratching, ect are not normal. Be aware of your dogs personality before bringing them. You will be responsible for any and all damages.

5. Barking. Please be kind to your neighbors and be aware if your dog is an anxious barker. Noise complaints can be cited by Ocean Lakes. All citations will be the responsibility of the dog owner, plus loss of damage deposit.

6. This rules is one of the most important rules. Your dog is not allowed to be tied or left outside ALONE for any reason during your stay. They must be with someone at all times or locked inside of the property inside of their kennel if you are not present.

Thank you for understanding and we hope to see your furry family members enjoy their stay as much as you will.
